Nicholas Merton is an Associate of Trinity College London and an investor in The Hunger Project. People reported after his popular previous charity concert at Pembroke House, ‘Water Music’, that Nicholas’s introductions to each piece really deepened their experience of listening to the music. ‘Music from the Heart’ will follow the same format, with videos, a short talk on The Hunger Project and an interval when tea, coffee, wine and juice will be available for a donation.
Chrissy Merton is a long-time volunteer, former staff member of The Hunger Project and co-creator of Music for Ending Hunger. Her purpose in creating this concert is not only to raise funds for The Hunger Project but to give more people the possibility of participating in creating a world free from hunger.
